Hi there! I’m Alexandra, but friends call me Allie, and I hope by the time you finish reading this, we’ll feel like friends too. I grew up in a small town in Vermont, where the mountains and fresh air shaped my love for nature, movement, and finding peace in the quiet. I spent my childhood training at a ski academy, where I learned resilience, discipline, and how to find joy in the challenge.
Fast forward to now—I’m living in New York City, navigating the highs and lows of being a young adult in a big, bustling world. It’s exciting, it’s overwhelming, and it’s everything in between. Through it all, I’ve leaned on the things that have always grounded me: staying active, focusing on health, and making space to breathe and reflect.
Writing has always been a big part of that reflection for me. It’s where I sort through the noise, find clarity, and figure out how to keep moving forward. For a long time, it was just for me—a way to process my thoughts quietly. But I’ve realized how powerful it can be to share those thoughts with others who might be feeling the same way.
That’s why I started this blog. It’s not a “how-to” guide or a roadmap to success—it’s a space for honest conversations about the challenges and joys of life. Whether it’s tackling mental health, building confidence, creating balance, or finding small ways to make life feel a little more manageable, I hope this space feels like a place where you can exhale.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’m here to share what I’ve learned, what I’m still figuring out, and what helps me along the way. More importantly, I want this to be a place where we grow together—because life isn’t something we have to figure out alone.
Let’s learn, stumble, and grow together. Welcome to my quiet corner of the internet—I’m so glad you’re here.
With love,
Alexandra
